The dark beers we make are some of our best. We think our kit, specific Orkney water and house yeast lend themselves to making particularly good dark beers (heard of Orkney Porter?).
We've started 2023 by re-brewing five beers not seen since before the pandemic. Here are three of them in a curated box.
