Merry Dancer is a hazy pale ale at 3.8% ABV - a light beer for dark nights.
Named after the Aurora Borealis that here in Orkney we're lucky enough to catch a glimpse of in the clear winter night skies; we've ironically made the 2026 version of this beer hazy.
In Orkney, the northern lights are known as the 'Merry Dancers' and are another reason to enjoy this time of year - they offer some solace from the short days and a shimmer of hope in the long nights.
This beer now uses all Scottish extra pale malt and pours bright yellow. It's generously dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Idaho 7.
