Introducing the Hi Aye Series. Iterative modern style beers, always striving to be better than the previous one.

The feedback to You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know (YDK) was great and now the sequel is here: Always Learning.

We went for more adjuncts in the mash for more haze and more body and we’ve used Swannay’s highest dry hop rate yet - on top of the DynaBoost liquid hop on the hot side - making Always Learning our hoppiest beer yet.

We are aiming for a Hi Aye beer every 4-5 weeks, depending on scheduling demands.
