We're hiring: brewery assistant
We’re looking for someone to join Team Swannay!
The brewery assistant role is an entry level one but has huge potential for the right person to join the brewery at a very exciting time and progress with the business.
We’ll soon start brewing in our new brewery building (on our old brew plant!), a moment we’ve been waiting for since, well, since Rob started at Swannay really.
We need someone to play a key role as we start getting back to focusing on beer again (the building project has been quite a distraction!).
Main responsibilities for this role:
- cleaning and filling both casks and kegs
- assisting with brewing
- working on our NEW canning line
- loading and unloading goods (forklift driving)
- local deliveries (driving the van)
- and much more
Making beer is exciting but it’s also hard work (especially on our brew plant) so a passion for the product and the process goes a long way.
The right person for this job will have a keen interest in beer and a want to learn more about all aspects of it while helping Swannay make the best beer we can.
