Delivery

Our shipping prices are as follows:

ORKNEY

• £3.50 per box

Delivery will be made either by the Swannay Brewery van or via local couriers Streamline.

For orders to non-mainland Orkney, orders are delivered to the outer isles depot with onward shipping "forward paid".

REST OF UK (EXCEPT NORTHERN IRELAND)

• Merchandise only - £3.95 (Royal Mail)
• Beer - £9.95 per box (and £9.95 per subsequent box)

We use Parcelforce for the rest of UK deliveries. Shipping time from receiving the 'Your order has been fulfilled' email is usually 3-5 working days. You will be able to track your parcel(s) 1-2 days after your dispatch email - this is because no scans take place until the parcels reach Inverness. SHIPPING TIMES

We are currently dispatching Mainland UK orders on Mondays and Fridays.

Orkney orders are usually dispatched on Thursday for delivery on Friday.

BOX RETURN IN ORKNEY

Orkney customers can return used cardboard boxes to the delivery driver.

OUTSIDE OF UK SHIPPING

As of January 2021 we are only shipping to the UK.

Apologies to all of our customers in the EU - the post-Brexit admin, costs and reliability (more parcels were returned than were delivered) mean it's not worth us offering the service.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Click and Collect may return in spring/summer 2024.

It still costs us more to pack and ship orders than we charge so we reserve the right to cancel (refund in full) orders that are too small to cover costs.
