Refunds and Returns

You can return goods that you have ordered from us, for any reason, at any time within fourteen days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost of returning goods, unless the goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, shall be borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracked and/or signed-for service as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Upon receipt of the goods, providing they are in an as-new, saleable condition, we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required. Refunds are issued via original payment method and will be processed in no longer than 5-7 days.
